Mayan Tahan

Mayan advises clients regarding operational and regulatory matters including health care licensing issues. In addition, she assists clients with a variety of business transactions and drafts associated agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mayan represented the Arizona Department of Health Services, Licensing Division as an Assistant Attorney General. In addition, Mayan worked in-house at a large Arizona company providing regulatory advice and negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements and practiced corporate law at a large Phoenix law firm.
