  • Assisting providers with state licensure, federal health care program certification, and Joint Commission compliance matters, including drafting corrective action plans, clarification statements, and representing providers in related enforcement actions
  • Working with hospitals, pre-hospital providers, and state and federal agencies on overcapacity, surge capacity, emergency preparedness, and diversion issues
