Roopali H. Desai

Roopali practices in the areas of commercial and health care litigation and employment law. She has represented businesses and other organizations in a variety of commercial and employment disputes. Roopali provides in-house training for employers and conducts seminars on issues regarding harassment and discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and general personnel practices. In addition, she drafts and reviews employee handbooks and consults with employers about their policies and procedures and employment contracts.
